If you’ve been to the Doctor in the past five years chances are you’ve been prescribed meds to “fix” whatever ails you. There is a prescription for everything these days and so many people aren’t even sure if they really need them but they take them anyway. The pharmaceutical industry is booming but at what cost to our health? Do these “quick fixes” really fix?

Now, don’t get me wrong, I have always believed that western medicine has its proper place and we are fortunate to have access to some of these advanced treatments. But, they have found their way into the daily lives of so many and are often masking symptoms instead of trying to heal the cause. However, many of my clients proclaim, “I would love to get off of my meds.” Of course I don’t advise them to stop taking anything right away, but I am happy to show them a better way. HERE’S A BIT OF INSPIRATION TO GET YOU STARTED

I helped a client go from “Grade C” Esophagitis to “Grade A” (low grade inflammation) in less than two months! How, you may ask? It was through the power of food.  There were no anti-acid pills or any other pills! This little success story is just the tip of the iceberg.  The list of ailments you can avoid and fix with proper nutrition is hard to believe at first glance.  I won’t go into all of the details, but a huge part of it is learning how to create a healthy PH balance in your body. The Standard American Diet is very acidic and this creates havoc for so many folks today. Once I teach my clients how to achieve this lifestyle change, they are empowered to take control of their health. This way, when they return to their Physician they are prepared with the proper questions, instead of just being given another prescription. You could think of it as a “team approach”.
