Stretching could be compromising your health

Stretching feels so good, especially the first one of the day upon waking to get our body going. I’d like you to consider a different type of stretching that you may not have considered. It’s the type of stretching where you are spreading yourself so thin by doing too much, and this could be having a negative effect on your health.
