Food Cravings – How To Decide When To Cleanse

Have you ever tried to cleanse because you thought it was a good idea for losing weight and a path to get away from constant dieting? I did my first cleanse back in the year 2000. I didn’t really know much back then, but I thought it was a good idea. It involved drinking some kind of tea while still eating food. The taste of the tea was dreadful and it was certainly a struggle to drink it, so I didn’t even last a day!
